Australia’s first funds management product that offers exposure to liquid real world assets in digital token form, providing transparency through the creation of digital twins for the real world assets.
A portion of the underlying assets in the fund are a selection of Australian fractionalised residential properties, that will drive strong financial returns for investors and help address the housing deposit affordability crisis for thousands of Australians.
Benefits:
Investment Strategy
The Fund will invest in a portfolio of real-world assets across various industries and asset classes, with a focus on thorough fundamental analysis and rigorous risk management. The Manager will use a top down, bottom up process to select assets that are suitable for investment. The Manager intends to invest in an optimal risk-adjusted portfolio.
Investment Process
The Manager streamlines the investment process by utilising tokenisation to make the process more transparent and efficient. The Fund identifies real world assets. These assets are tokenised and approved through a proprietary, data driven Smartlist and universal scoring process (our investment criteria) - which assists the Manager to compare each investment opportunity using a standardised and consistent approach for scoring various aspects of the investment. A higher score reflects a superior risk/reward investment proposition. This process provides the investor with exposure across all assets within the fund per unit holding.
Finance for Impact
Representing home co-ownership interest in a number of properties, the pool helps Australians own their home, through deposit affordability.
Shared ownership recorded in Australian Property Co-Ownership Register (APCOR).
Co-owners' rights and obligations stipulated in Homeowner Co-ownership Deed, protected through a caveat lodged on the property title.
Case Study
A young couple with stable income but haven’t been able to save enough for a home deposit. They want to purchase a property valued at $650,000 with approved bank financing of $480,000 and $40,000 available cash.
The Fund tokenises all the data about the property. If the token meets the Fund criteria through the universal scoring matrix, it is approved as a suitable investment, and the Fund will fund the deposit balance of $130,000 and become a co-owner with 20% interest in the property. Once the investment is made, the approved token is moved into the pool.

The fair value of an asset depends on a number of relevant factors including the nature of the asset, the initial cost and size of the holding of the asset, the price and trading of similar assets, market quotations from independent pricing sources, and referring the matter to a pricing committee formed to assess these factors.
This valuation methodology is used to calculate the Unit price - also known as the indicative Net Asset Value (NAV) - by calculating the total value of the Fund’s assets, adjusting for any accrued expenses and liabilities of the Fund. Then, dividing the net value by the total number of Units held by all investors on that day.
