ActiumAI is the only known company that links Legal Linguistics Engineering with Artificial Intelligence, bridging the divide between the opportunity of AI technology and the coherency of it's application within professional work. ActiumAI's use of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is enhanced by Legal Linguistics Engineering, achieving substantially more useful and actionable results than other market propositions.
ActiumAI's implementation of IEWA is a business to business model and is eminently scalable internally and throughout external supply chains and client bases. The Alliance-Partner model has many unique advantages:
ActiumAI has anticipates uplifts in value of more than 140%, demonstrating the effectiveness of their IEWA model.
ActiumAI is now preparing for a stock marketing listing on the ASX and/or other jurisdictions and is seeking investment for scale. Capital will mostly be applied to business development in Australia.
Capital is not used for R&D. ActiumAI is an integrator of global technology.
At the core of our solutions is the ActiumAI ArchimediusAI™ robot that combines Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation with deep expertise in Legal Linguistics Engineering. ArchimediusAI provides unmatched compliance efficiency - it is the only known digital robotics platform globally that is disciplined in the linguistics of law and compliance.
ActiumAI’s™ Alliance-Partner model enhances productivity and significantly increases shareholder equity value in the underlying business. Rises in productivity, the capturing of new commercial opportunities, and demonstration of effective digitisation are all responsible for substantial increases in EBITDA and higher price-to-earnings (PE) multiples during exits.
Opportunities for integration of ActiumAI technology are devised with each Alliance-Partner in Firm of the Future workshops. Firm of the Future workshops also reveal the attainable uplifts in commercial value as a result of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and ActiumAI's innovative Legal Linguistics Engineering technology.
The Alliance-Partner is inherently scalable for ActiumAI, and it is further accelerated by its licensee model that leverages the experience and networks of senior professionals. This licensee strategy offers a unique opportunity for seasoned individuals to continue contributing to their fields by deploying ActiumAI’s™ cutting-edge technologies within their networks.
The Alliance-Partner model and IEWA has demonstrated results in a number of case studies.
In a recent case study involving a legal services firm in Sydney, the deployment of 5 to 500 ActiumAI™ robots demonstrated a substantial increase in the firm’s notional exit value based on the number of robots deployed – increasing from approximately $8 million with 5 robots to more than $55 million with 500 robots.
In another case study, a popular Large Language Model was compared to ArchimediusAI™ analysing a civil engineering regulation. The LLM required 396 words and human intervention to correct errors, whereas ArchemediusAI™ completed the analysis in 67 words enabling an immediate decision and outcome.
ActiumAI intends to issue shares in a Series A round in 2025 for new equity of $5,575,000, followed by a second round of $6,368,750 in late 2025 or 2026.
This equity is supported by an issue of $3.0 million converting notes to support its acquisition strategy.
