The DDH Cash Fund is an interest rate only product, and grants investors exposure to deposits with at least a BBB- credit rating.
The Fund provides an opportunity for Wealth Managers to access cash-based products designed with specific considerations to their core needs across returns, liquidity, administration, and reporting. (For Wholesale Investors Only)
Investments in the Fund are pooled with other Unitholders’ deposits and invested in a portfolio of bank deposits, term deposits, government securities and ASX listed floating rate notes or units in managed funds with similar investment restrictions.
The Fund aims to outperform (pre fees) the Bloomberg Ausbond Bank Bill Index plus 60 to 100 basis points per annum over rolling three year periods.
