BC Invest Credit Fund Series #1 (the Fund) aims to provide capital stability and an attractive return paid monthly generated from a diverse portfolio of Australian mortgage-backed securities. These securities provide investors access to several pools of first mortgage loan receivables, secured by Australian residential and commercial real property.

David has over 25 years’ of experience as a property professional having worked in a variety of asset management, finance, development and management roles. He is the Founder and Managing Director of BC Group and a director of all BC Investment Group companies.

 

David sits on a number of boards including as Director of BC Capital, a non-executive director of a major South Australian hotel and real estate development company, a health services business and a charitable foundation.

Henri is responsible for development of BC Investment Group’s asset management and financial services business and is involved in BC Investment Group’s international expansion activities. He has vast experience with cross border investments, having worked for several investment banks specializing in, cross border merger and acquisition transactions.

Nick is an experienced property professional, with a background in planning and development in the Melbourne market. He is responsible for project assessment and works closely with the Australian credit assessment team and project committee. Nick is closely involved in the BC Investment Group’s financing activities, including existing and planned product development for the Australian business.

Karl has more than 17 years of industry experience and prior to joining BC, he was a Treasurer at Columbus Capital with responsibility for group funding, structuring, risk management, investor and stakeholder management and portfolio performance. He has completed portfolio acquisitions in excess of $2.7Bn and established a several billion dollar funding platform covering both warehouse and term funding. Karl’s expertise also extends to loan servicing platform systems design and integration acquired from implementing two major projects covering (> $7.0Bn of assets).

Meng is responsible for BC Investment Group’s China operations and holds a Masters degree in financial management. She has over 12 years of private equity and merger & acquisition experience and has worked in Hong Kong and across mainland China with top securities houses and completed a number of large IPO’s and merger and acquisitions work in the healthcare, real estate, finance and TMT industries.

Michael has a career in Financial Services, Funds Management and is a Banking professional with over 40 years’ of commercial experience. His experience is across lending, compliance and relationship management (with multiple client sectors), and was gained with a number of ASX listed companies, banks (NAB, Suncorp, BankWest, HSBC), financial service groups, private fund managers and lenders. As a result, Michael has significant experience in the preparation, structuring and management of debt financing and lending facilities. Michael provides leadership and training for BCS's Credit Assessment Team and is responsible for final review and approval of BCS’s credit policy in addition to his responsibilities as a director of BC Capital. His credit management experience was gained across a diverse range of roles during his career which also includes the establishment of specialist loan book operations and holding a Designated Lending Authority of $5m with NAB. Michael holds a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University in Melbourne.
