Fund Mandate
Impact Allocation
100% of funds deployed into companies with a demonstrable positive climate impact. This impact may be direct, businesses that reduce CO2 emissions or indirect, businesses necessary to support and accelerate emissions reduction or reduce the impacts of global warming.
As the world moves toward net zero carbon emissions, climate technologies are already changing the way we eat, live, move and work.
Within the next ten years, these innovations will create new industries, and reinvent the way incumbents do business.
Investing in climate technology capitalises on the strong macro tailwinds generated by growing awareness of climate change, changing consumer preferences and business requirements, as well as government support.
Combined with the global reallocation of capital away from fossil fuels, this is a once in history opportunity to build successful companies while helping preserve the quality of life on this planet.
Our five keys to success developed over 12 years investing in global early-stage technology companies.

A dedicated climate team
In order to assess and support climate solutions across software, hardware and deep tech, we believe it is essential to have a dedicated team that has experience at the intersection of technology and the physical world, where climate solutions operate.
We’ve assembled a team and investment committee with experience across geographies, sectors, stages and technologies; bringing decades of climate investment and industry experience to the Fund.
A proven early-stage track record
The Fund leverages Investible’s unique early-stage investing methodology developed over the last ten years to source, screen, secure and support quality investment opportunities.
This is based on our 16-point Investibility Index, which centres around the founding team of each company.
Ability to source unique dealflow
Since the launch of the Fund, we have reviewed over 170 climate tech opportunities each month. These companies are introduced via our network of LPs, our Club Investible syndicate, our advisory panel, and founders from within our portfolio.
Our links and relationships with universities and research institutions both domestically and internationally are also a great source of investment opportunities.
Across these different sources, we are often the first VC fund to engage with a founder.
A panel of expert advisors
Supporting the core investment team is a panel of strategic advisors with deep expertise each of our six climate sectors plus technology specialists. The advisors come from industry, government, research and universities.
A co-investment syndicate
Impactful founder support in product, commercialisation and talent backed by our global syndicate of HNW investors, Club Investible, and our extensive network of partners, executives and strategic advisors.
