We are looking to raise AUD $6.5m by the issue of preference shares in the company trading as Southern Cross Space. Although the number of shares will be subject to negotiation with investors, we anticipate that the full AUD $6.5m will result in approximately a 16% stake in the company post investment.

As a minimum investment, we would need to achieve an average of no less than $150,000 per investor in order to keep the number of shareholders on the cap table to below 50. 

Although the average needs to work out to be a minimum of $150,000, we could accept that there are individual investors who could invest to a minimum of $100,000 as we anticipate some investors will be for a much higher amount.
