The Oceana Australian Fixed Income Trust (OAFIT) is a private debt ABS (Asset Backed Securities) securitisation program. OAFIT has fixed income characteristics of regular distributions combined with structural subordination and credit enhancement features. Sydney-based banking and finance specialist Gary Segal joins Oceana Funds as COO and General Counsel, bringing more than 17 years of industry experience to the role.
