The CFMG Monthly Income Fund is a pooled credit mortgage fund that provides investors with exposure to competitive returns and the Australian property market, through loans secured by first mortgages over real property.

This CFMG First Mortgage & Income Fund product provides our investors with a regular income stream, as the fund will distribute returns on a quarterly basis.

The Fund is an unlisted managed investment scheme which invests in the development of residential land subdivision projects.
