Michael has over 20 years’ experience across debt and lending markets both in Australia and abroad. Prior to co-founding Arrowpoint in June 2021, Michael spent 14 years (2000-2013) at Investec Bank (Johannesburg and London), primarily focusing on structured debt solutions. Soon after immigrating to Australia in 2014, Michael joined Wingate Group, Melbourne (2014-2021) with his most recent role as a Director of Wingate Corporate Investments. Michael is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder.
Andrew has over 20 years experience across debt and lending markets in Australia and New Zealand. Before co-founding Arrowpoint, Andrew worked in senior roles at FIIG Securities and Wingate, leading the origination, structuring and execution of many successful private corporate debt investments.
Andrew has also had an extensive banking career originating and structuring opportunities in the corporate lending space, having previously been Head of Structured Banking at HSBC Australia, and worked in senior corporate banking roles at Citigroup and Westpac. Andrew has a Bachelor of Economics from University of Adelaide and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Tanya joined Arrowpoint in 2024 with over 20 years experience in financial services distribution roles. Prior to joining Arrowpoint she worked at La Trobe Financial as National Distribution Manager and prior to this, 9 years with Russell Investments, the final two years as Head of Distribution.
