The principal objective is capital preservation, therefore there is a greater emphasis on preventing losses than reaching for higher returns. Lachlan Hughes founded Swell Asset Management in 2014. He is the CIO with responsibility for investment decisions. Lachlan’s career spans over 22 years in legal and analytical roles, with 15 years in investment management.
