Assets of the income trust include:
- Diversified commercial and residential mortgage secured property loans underwritten by Thinktank;
- Mortgage backed securities in commercial and residential mortgage programs managed directly by Thinktank – targeted less than 15%; and
- Cash
The Income Trust is not associated in any way with development funding or land banking.

What is the Income Trust’s investment strategy?
To invest in loans to borrowers secured by mortgages over commercial or residential property in Australia and other authorised investments (primarily cash).
Investment Term
The minimum investment term ranges from monthly, quarterly or semi-annually depending on the investors liquidity needs. At the end of the minimum investment term, you may request redemption of your Bonds and the Income Trust will redeem your Bonds subject to there being sufficient funds available for that purpose. If you do not request redemption of your Bonds, then your Bonds will be subject to a further minimum investment term.
No fees are charged upon subscription or maturity of the Bonds. However, an Early Termination Fee may be payable if our Bonds are redeemed at your request (with the agreement of the Manager) before the end of their minimum term.
