Jason Georgatos is President of Partners for Growth, a global pioneer in growth debt financing for technology companies, where he has deployed $2.2 billion across more than 250 investments over two decades.    Based in Sydney, Jason leads PFG's global investment activities and spearheaded the firm's expansion into Asia Pacific, bringing growth credit expertise to one of the world's most dynamic technology markets. He joined PFG at its founding in 2004, playing an integral role in building the platform from inception to its current position managing specialized private credit strategies for innovation-driven companies worldwide.    Jason began his career at Silicon Valley Bank in San Francisco, providing financing to technology and life sciences companies and developing expertise in growth-stage capital formation.    Jason specializes in translating complex private credit structures into commercially grounded strategies for growth-stage founders and boards navigating capital formation beyond traditional venture models. His approach combines deep technical expertise in alternative financing with an execution-oriented, partnership-first philosophy shaped by hands-on involvement across hundreds of transactions.    He is active in the Australian technology ecosystem as a mentor, angel investor, and board member, and serves philanthropic initiatives including at the Hellenic Initiative.
