Summary:

Australia has a housing supply crisis but who's actually funding the apartments and townhouses that are getting built? In this episode of the Investment Markets Podcast, host Darren Connolly sits down with Clinton Arentz, Head of Lending at Trilogy Funds Management, for a broad discussion about mortgage lending and development finance.

Clinton highlights how the withdrawal of the major banks from lending to smaller-scale developers created a gap, what really drives demand in a market defined by chronic undersupply, and why Trilogy saw opportunity in industrial and retail property assets.
